1. Who we are
"AKAC Studio" is the trading name of Shambhala Forrása Kft., a company registered in Hungary (company registration number 02 09 084863, tax number 27312957202), with its registered office at 7636 Pécs, Akácfa dűlő 4. ("we", "us", "our"). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can contact us at info@akac.studio.
2. What data we collect
- Contact form: name, company (optional), email address, and message.
- Booking a call: name and email address, via our scheduling provider Cal.com.
- Usage data: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects anonymized usage data such as pages visited, device type, and approximate location.
We do not collect any data without your knowledge.

4. Third-party services
We work with the following processors, who may process your data on our behalf:
- Resend — email delivery for contact form submissions and replies.
- Cal.com — calendar booking for intro calls.
- Vercel — hosting and infrastructure.
- Google Analytics — website traffic analysis (only with your consent).
5. International data transfers
Resend, Vercel, and Google (Google Analytics) are based in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the provider's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, as applicable. You can request more detail on the safeguard used for a specific provider by emailing us.
6. Cookies
We use only the cookies and similar technologies described in our Cookie Policy.
7. Data retention
We retain contact form enquiries for up to 12 months, after which they are deleted. Booking data is retained for as long as necessary to deliver the service, plus any applicable statutory retention period.
8. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you
- request correction of inaccurate data
- request deletion of your data
- object to or request restriction of certain processing
- request a copy of your data in a portable format (data portability)
- lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
